WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY MIKETHEJEWELER.COM PURCHASE?
All orders within the state of New York are subject to 8.9% sales tax. If your order is being shipped outside of the state of New York, you will not be charged sales tax.

IF MY ORDER IS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE US, WILL THERE BE FEES, DUTIES, OR TAXES?
The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, either the carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED ON SATURDAY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order is shipped on a Friday and you pay for overnight shipping, We will ship the product on Saturday.

Our return policy: Mike The Jeweler does not accept refunds, but we do allow exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for any item of the same price. Jewelry items can be exchanged for jewelry, and watches can be exchanged towards watches or jewelry. Jewelry cannot be exchanged towards a watch.

If you are sending an item back for an exchange, you must first request an RMA number for your package. You can do so by contacting us by phone or email at 718-953-5558 or support@MikeTheJeweler.com. Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Mike The Jeweler is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Mike The Jeweler will contact you upon receipt of the package. We must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 7-day period. All items must arrive back at MikeTheJeweler in their original condition.
